Hope all is well, summer is coming to an end and autumn is starting to color our world. We have taken the long awaited step in moving our blog to its new wordpress location. This wonderful change was once but a far-sighted goal in the early stage of our blogging, however with the assistance of Jennifer @ ecoofficegals.com our vision has begun to blossom.

Being healthy brings us pure joy, boosts our self confidence and strengthens our ability to set and follow better goals for ourselves. For these reasons, we want to incorporate all aspects of simply healthy living into our blog. We will continue to be touching base on skincare, hair care, and spa products while also delving into spiritual, mental, food, and personal health as well. Our goal is to promote a simply healthy lifestyle!
