So when the BBB approached us to go through with their membership requirement and then the process of accreditation, we jumped at the opportunity. Since we started the business we have taken great pride in our customer service and we knew having a BBB accreditation would be like the “icing on the cake” for us. We are holding an A+ rating, which is judged on 16 factors, from what type of business we have, to how long we have been in business, any complaint history and arbitration.
