Order Shipping: (Ground and Express)
Domestic Orders:
Orders within the United States are shipped Monday to Friday between 9:30 AM and 3:30 PM EST, excluding holidays. Processing and transit days refer to weekdays, excluding weekends and holidays. Orders are processed in the received sequence and require a standard processing time of 1-2 business days before shipment. Please note that orders accumulated over the weekend may need additional processing time, potentially causing a slight delay in shipment.
- All orders are shipped via FedEx ground service or USPS from our Chattanooga, TN, USA facility. Ground delivery typically takes 3-6 business days, depending on your location. Shipping charges are calculated in real time based on each delivery service's order weight and rates. Packages shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, and US territories may incur an additional shipping charge.
- Our clients can choose their preferred delivery method during checkout. For those who choose expedited shipping (Fed ex express), please remember that our standard in-house processing time (2 business days) still applies; time-in-transit is in addition to our processing time. Any estimated delivery dates shown at checkout do not reflect our processing times- accordingly, actual delivery time may be 1 to 2 days later than displayed.
- FedEx and USPS email each client a notification with tracking numbers and delivery confirmation upon shipment. You must retain this information in your records until your order is received. Therefore, please double-check that the email address you provide when placing your order is accurate to ensure seamless communication.
- We would love to have greater control over the shipping companies; however, since we cannot, the time your order leaves our company and gets to you is up to them. Please get in touch with the shipping company if your order has exceeded a reasonable arrival time.
- If your order is returned due to incorrect information you provided, several options are available. You can choose for us to reship it to you at an additional shipping cost, or you can decide to cancel the order. In the latter case, we will refund the product cost, but please note that the shipping cost is non-refundable.
International Shipping:
For inquiries about international orders, please email info@ayusunless.com. Include your shipping address, the items you wish to purchase, and your EORI, Tax ID, or VAT for verification. Failure to provide this information may result in delayed or declined customs clearance. AYU Sunless is not responsible for any clearance delays or fees. It's important to note that duty fees and taxes are unpredictable and will be invoiced separately. AYU Sunless is not responsible for these charges and cannot predict which orders will incur them. Duty fees and taxes are not included in the shipping costs provided when placing your order.
For international orders, we strongly advise you to contact a representative via email or phone to finalize your order. The online shop may not provide accurate shipping fees, and additional charges may be necessary before your order can be shipped. When you place an international order with a representative, we will ensure you receive the most cost-effective shipping rate, including expedited options.
- All international packages will be fully insured and delivered via FedEx.
- Buyers will be responsible for any duties and taxes, no matter which authority or entity levies those fees.

How long does delivery take?

- (This policy excludes errors customers make when providing shipping details on their order(s) or missed package deliveries).
Do you provide the client with a tracking number?
- All tracking numbers will be emailed to the customer when the tracking information becomes available.
Shipping Address Verification:
- Orders are shipped to the customer's address in the shopping cart's shipping address area; this address will also appear in the customer receipt email. You are responsible for ensuring that the address submitted at these points when placing your order is correct and has complete information. Suppose a package is returned to us as 'undeliverable' for any reason. In that case, we will contact you for the correct information via phone or email, and, as already stated, additional charges will apply to ship the package again.
